Jackie Cousino - President

Hello, I am Jackie Cousino. I grew up in Temperance, MI. I attended grade school at St. Joseph's in Erie, MI. and St. Mary Catholic Central in Monroe, MI. I went on to Eastern Michigan University to get a degree in special education and then the University of Cincinnati for a Masters in Administration. I am a special education teacher in Sylvania Schools where I have taught for 18 years. I am married to Andy Cousino and have two kids, Cole and Kelsie, who both attend Mason Schools. I helped start the Race for the Kids because my daughter, Kelsie was sick and we received so much support from our community. My friend Tara and I wanted to give back to others who were going through the same medical issues that we were. The Race for the Kids means so much to my family and we are so glad that we are in a position to help other families.

Hi, I am Tara Stubleski. I grew up in Erie, MI. and attended Mason Consolidated School. I attended Bowling Green State University where I earned my teaching degree in elementary education. I went on to the University of Toledo to get my master's degree in special education. I am a special education teacher at Mason Middle School. I am married to Doyle Stubleski and have three kids: Karter, Zoie, and Henley who all attend Mason Schools. I helped start the Race for the Kids because my daughter, Zoie, was sick and we received so much support from our community. We were a part of the Dance Marathon at BGSU and I wanted to bring that energy and support to our community. My friend Jackie and I wanted to give back to others who were going through the same medical issues that we were. The Race for the Kids means so much to my family and we are so thankful that we can help support those in need like we once were.

My name is Kim Cousino, and I was born and raised in Dundee, MI. I graduated from Dundee High School in 2007 and am married to Jason Cousino. We have four children together, Jason Jr., Henry, Jacob, and Maria, all who currently attend Mason Schools. Since 2017, I have been serving as Erie Township Clerk. My family and I have attended the race for many years and have personally witnessed the outpouring of support to children and families in need. Race for the Kids is an outstanding organization and I am honored to be a part of it.
